Indications for aneurysm screening

  • ≥2 first degree relatives with subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH)
  • Subject <40 years with one affected first degree relative
  • Anxious subject with one affected first degree relative
  • History of subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) in a twin 
  • Family history of adult polycystic kidney disease (APCKD) 
  • Bicuspid aortic valve
