Indications for treatment of unruptured aneurysms
- All incidental aneurysms ≥7mm
- All symptomatic intradural aneurysms
- Large intracerebral artery (ICA) aneurysms
- Coexisting aneurysms after subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH)
- When the 5-year rupture risk exceeds the risk of preventative screening
- Absence of significant co-morbid disease
- Life expectancy > 5 years
