  • Large median posterior fossa cyst widely communicating with the fourth ventricle
  • Absence of the lower vermis
  • Hypoplastic, anteriorly rotated or upwardly displaced vermis
  • Large bossing posterior fossa
  • Absence or flattening of the angle of the fastigium
  • Antero-laterally displaced cerebellar hemispheres
